· The Senior Specialist role will be dedicated in end to end new product delivery on digital platforms(i.e.app, wechat, web), supporting on channels product strategic designing and tracking after products delivered, engage in new innovative digital solutions deliver with business strategy.

  

  

主要职责Key Responsibilities

  

• Translate that direction into user requirements with acceptance criteria, mind maps, and product specs.

• Manage the feature development and defect backlog on a daily basis to ensure that priorities adhere to the strategic direction and ensure the execution of creative assets developed in support of a feature, such as the visual design, content strategy and copywriting, to ensure adherence to strategic vision.

    

• Attend regular meetings with development studios to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks and support multiple cross-functional teams/development studios to ensure a solid understanding of the defined scope.

• Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams, and to their manager on development progress, escalating any issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision.

• Collaborate with organizations across Shanghai Disney Resort (Marketing, Public Affairs, Park Operations, Hotel Operation, Food & Beverage, Merchandise etc.) to build and manage scope expectations as well as across other product lines/destinations/brands within DPRD to ensure a seamless Guest experience across touch points.

• E-commerce focusing area

• Understand Chinese and international e-commerce platforms and guests expectations for online and mobile commerce to define SHDR e-commerce experience in alignment with the overall digital strategy.

• Define e-commerce product features and support manager to drive the delivery of the e-commerce products.

• Participate into the digital partnership relationship building and product delivery.

• Contribute to the digital sales strategy execution and revenue realization via traffic and yield management.

• Collaborate with organizations across Shanghai Disney Resort (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and Analytics, Merchandise etc.) to build and manage scope expectations as well as across other product lines/destinations/brands within DPRD to ensure a seamless e-commerce experience across touch points.

  Digital operation area

• Be responsible for the daily operation tasks like content management, guest product definition and approval process facilitation, marketing and promotion planning and execution, traffic and conversion management, customer services coordination, vendor management and data analytics.

• Continue to maintain, enhance and seek out opportunities to expand Shanghai Disney Resort digital user base

• Participate into the partnership cooperation negotiation and coordinate related tasks like contract review process, system integration, product launch, pre and after sales services and other sales and digital initiatives.

• Collaborate with product or e-commerce focusing colleagues and other line of business to facilitate digital operation.

• Able to communicate goals & strategies effectively among diverse groups

• Exceptional communication skills: written/spoken/presentation of both English and Mandarin

• Dealing with changes, conflicts and ambiguity
