Position Overview:

Facility manager will take charge of daily facility maintenance and management, as well as EHS related management for both OSC and OOC plants. He will also involvce in the management of new project construction and existing plan retrofitting.

Responsibilities:

Facility Management：

1.Planning, organizing and directing the Facility Department, with knowledge / skill-set / experience of maintenance, new facility set-up, and renovation

2.Responsible for facility system maintenance and troubleshooting, keep the facility operation smoothly and no interruption for MFG operation

3.Manage the budget and cost to make ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations

EHS Management：

1. Lead EHS team to maintain health, safety and environmental programs to assure compliance with China Regulatory requirements.

2. Continue improving EHS management system and maintain ISO14001&OHSAS18001 surveillance.

Project Management：

1.Review clean room and MEP system design and provide suggestions

2.Lead facility team to make sure that the Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost of new build project are in line with the requirements

Requirements:

8 year above working experience

Bachelor degree or above is must.Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Solid experience in management of the cleanroom facility maintenance and MEP construction related .

Solid experience in MEP design review & construction supervision.

Strong communication skills & coordination skill.

Highly energetic personality; independent, self-motivated and experienced team player.

Problem solving and integration abilities, prefers result-orientated work style.

Good oral & written communication skill both in English and Chinese.
