Responsibilities The Alliance Manager role primarily involves the following:

- Establish alliance business relationship and management with strategic alliance partner

- Manage business engagements with partners for KPMG's solution business, own the vision of the engagement and strategy to ensure alliance with evolving business needs

- Client facing sales aligned by solution, providing sales expertise for a solution or solution suite, sells one solution or solution suite to multiple accounts

- Clear / deep knowledge of capabilities in the solution space, contributes to proposals and the supporting sales strategy

- Has sales quota for assigned solution or solution suite, access clients through established team or pursue leads based on personal network or alliance ecosystem, expected to build net new pipeline and drive bookings

- Plan and run internal and external marketing activities with Coupa alliance including writing reports, managing to publish, presentation on conference etc

- Can do-attitude for potential cold calls for clients, run BD meetings through client visit, solution introduction to verify demands and clarify client's needs

- Internal communication with business partners about their clients to identify clients and internal needs

Qualifications

- 6+ years of Sales / Business Development experience in IT consulting / service industry

- 3+ years of experience in management with solid experience in business development, project management, project bidding etc

- Understand business process with Procurement-to-pay solution, Invoice Management & Workflow, Expense Management etc especially on Coupa Product

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

- Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment

- Able to collaborate well within the team and across groups to deliver end-end experiences

- Passionate, self-motivated and customer focused

- BS / MS in Computer Science or equivalent

This job is based in Shanghai with around 30% business travel.
