Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the CNC machine programming by CAM software and trouble shooting to resolve manufacturing issues independently.负责数控机床的CAM编程和模具生产过程中的问题解决。
• Responsible for the cutting tool selection, the optimization of machining path to reach minimize cycle time, reduce scrap.负责刀具的选择和加工路径的优化来降低加工时间，并减少报废。
• Establish tooling manufacture schedule that can meet the demand timeline, monitor the process to ensure the quality and progress.建立模具加工进度表，跟踪整个过程以保证质量和进度。
• Tooling manufacture programing and process parameter document standardization management.模具加工程序编制，并对工艺参数文件进行标准化管理。
• Assist tooling manager to monitor tooling manufacture management and workshop 6S management.协助模具经理跟踪模具生产和6S管理 。
• Train new tooling manufacture operator.负责模具操作工人的岗位培训。
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.主管安排的其它工作。

Qualification & Background

• College degree or above with Mechanics background, major in Tooling is preferable.大专或大专以上学历，机械相关专业背景，模具专业优先。
• Above 5 years’ tooling manufacture working experience and 3 years’ mainly on CAM /CAD.五年以上模具加工经验，三年以上CAD/CAM编程经验。

• Familiar with tooling design and programing CAD/UG and office software and understanding tooling structure and principle. 能熟练使用设计编程软件CAD/UG/以及办公软件，了解模具结构图以及工作原理。
• Solid knowledge on Tooling CNC machining and familiar with Fanuc or Siemens CNC system.具有扎实的模具数控加工的知识，熟悉法兰克或西门子数控系统。
• Strong sense of responsibility and organization and coordination ability, strong ability of compressive and can adapt to work overtime.具有较强的责任心，组织协调能力，较强的抗压能力并能适应加班。
• Strong quality awareness, knowledge about ISO9001 quality management system.具有较强的质量意识，良好的ISO9001质量管理系统的知识
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.良好的沟通和人际交往能力，以及较强的独立工作能力。
• Have a basic skill of English reading and speaking.具有基本的英文读写说能力。
