岗位职责：

1.负责总裁文件、信件、函电的接收、转达与整理；

2.负责总经理日常经营工作中文件的起草、会议记录；

3.负责访客的接待、商务随行；

4.协调安排总经理外出行程、翻译资料；

5.协助总经理的日常企业管理工作；

6.总裁交付的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1.本科以上学历，工商管理、文秘、行政管理、英语等相关专业优先；

2.英语6级及以上，英文书面及口头表达能力优秀；

3.熟悉文档管理，文笔优秀，有一定的文案功底及速记能力，熟悉常用文件写作，能熟练操作office办公软件；

4.有较强的协调沟通能力、人际交往能力、执行力以及敏锐的洞察力；

5.身体健康，相貌端正；

6.有上海地区1年以上驾龄(实际驾龄)者优先；

7.有相关工作经验者优先。
