职位：律师助理

Report To: Associate

Job Description

Assists Partner and Associate in various legal affairs, instructed and supervised by Partner but also in a comparatively independent way for some specific functions. The responsibilities hereof include the following:

协助合伙人和同事参与各项法律事务，由合伙人指导和监督，但在某些特定的功能上也相对独立。其职责包括以下内容：

- Assisting Partner and Associate to identify legal issues and all potential legal implications in cases and propose legally sound solution; 协助合伙人和律师确定案件中的法律问题和潜在的法律问题，并提出合理的解决方案；

- Follow-up of new laws and regulations;跟进新法规；

- Work with internal Departments for various commercial projects, providing legal advices, reviewing contracts and participating in the negotiation if necessary; 与公司内部各部门合作，提供法律建议，审查合同，必要时参与谈判；

- Work with external lawyers for disputes resolution; 与外部律师合作解决纠纷；

- Review and draft various contracts, legal documents and management procedures accurately; 准确审核和起草各种合同、法律文件和管理程序；

- Legal research; 法律研究；

- Legal documents translation; 翻译法律文件；

- Other functions designated according to the development strategy of Legal Dept. 根据部门发展战略指定其他职能。

Job Requirements 工作要求

- Law degree(s) from law school(s);法学院法律专业毕业；

- Keen sense of responsibility on work;强烈的工作责任感；

- Strong communication skills, a positive-minded, versatile and creative person with excellent interpersonal skills; 良好的沟通能力，积极主动，多才多艺，有创造性，具有良好的人际关系技巧

- Excellent English/Chinese and good command of computer skills；优秀的英语/中文和良好的计算机技能。

- Team spirit;团队精神

- Able to work under pressure;能够在压力下工作。
