职位描述
根据验货单要求对产品以及样品进行验货检查 (60%)
- 新产品以及大货产品质量检验；
- 样品质量检验；
- 出货装运贴标与打包检验；
- 根据验货结果填写验货报告单
Product Quality control (60%)
- QC on site or in warehouse to release the shipment
- QC on samples/preproduction goods or during production
- Final packing of the goods, labeling and adding shipping mark
- Fill in the QC report accordingly
执行库存管理事宜（20%）
- 产品准确入库；
- 出库产品更换包装，分包等
- 定期盘点库存；
- 不定期对验货工具以及仪器进行保养与检查；
- 不定期接受产品质量知识培训，并熟练运用；
- 签发收货通知；
- 其他上级交办的事宜；
Inventory management (20%)
- Accurate stock checking in and checking out
- Repacking or split packing according to client’s requirement
- Stock counting once a year
- Maintenance and checking of all measurement tools
- Constance training of new product quality standard and requirement
- Sign on related delivery notice
- And other tasks assigned by the supervisor
条形码和辅料管理（20%）
- 按订单要求打印条形码并分发给指定工厂
- 按订单要求分发相关产品包装辅料给指定工厂
- 定期盘点标签和辅料库存
Barcode and packing material management (20%)
- Print barcode sticker and send to related factories according to PO
- Send packages to related factories according to PO
- Stocking counting of barcodes and package one a year
任职资格（知识、技能能力与工作经验要求）
Required Qualifications (Knowledge and experience necessary to do the job)
1、相关工作经验要求Related work experience：质量检查相关工作经验3年以上 QC inspection work experience in manufactory
2、教育或相关教育要求Formal education or equivalent：高中毕业以上学历 High school graduation
3、技能与能力要求Skills and abilities：反应敏捷，耐心细致，有很强的责任Swift, discreet and highly responsible
4、所需知识Knowledge： 无None
