职位描述

1. Support in all areas of restaurant operations to the team.

监督整个餐厅的日常运作,并确保遵守公司的标准;

2. Conduct weekly meeting to all staffs (except off-duty ones), share staffs’ feedback about recent events and set the target and priorities for the following week.

每周安排外场员工例行会议,了解来自员工的反馈信息;设定每周运营目标及提前安排好重点活动.

3. Arrange monthly communication with staffs within the department and report to Company GM.

每月安排部门会议并将会议内容汇报给餐饮总监.

4. Attend weekly managers meeting and share thoughts.

每周参加例行经理会议及安排周工作小结。

5. Responsibility for service quality, service standard, service process, material security, clocking-in, occupational etiquette, etc.

全面负责餐饮服务质量、服务标准、服务流程、物资安全、排班考勤、职业礼仪等工作事项.

6. Handle guest complaints, communication with the guests, the consent of the guest feedback.

处理客人投诉,与客人沟通,征得客人的反馈意见。

7. Supervision of goods, replenishment, do a good job on the homework incoming inspection, product display, product quality and service quality management.

监督商品的要货、上货、补货,做好进货验收、商品陈列、商品质量和服务质量管理等有关工作。

8. Assist facility manager to ensure timely maintenance and repair of facilities.

在不影响餐厅运营的情况下,与相关部门安排好对外场现有设备及破损设备的维护及维修。

9. Have complete knowledge of all menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods. Be ready to answer any customer questions.

-与后场做好沟通安排好促销计划,菜单培训,了解菜品特色。随时回答顾客对于有关菜品酒品的一切问题。
10. Monitor training programs and ensure training standards. (According to company policy, dept. manager should sign off to give new employee permission to start work.) Provide on-the-job training/direction; communicate additional training needs to senior management.

对于认可的员工实施培训课程,进行对全体员工的培训,对新员工进行特定的培训以评估他们的上岗能力。
11. To maintain profitability through increased sales and reduced costs whilst maintaining high pre-set operating standards; 保持盈利能力通过增加销售和降低成本,同时保持较高营运标准;

13. Every month with Stewarding department on quarterly inventory taking / costs / breakage, Keep constant watch on restaurant property to prevent loss and damage.

监督门店商品损耗管理,把握商品损耗尺度;每月与管事部做好盘点/成本控制/破损记录并上交总部。
14. Ensure accurate daily closing, and cash management,check the bookings.

遵守开始营业和结束营业的程序,检查预定情况.

15. Understand knowledge of safety and health, safety and hygiene management for each stall inspection and summary evaluation; 掌握安全卫生知识,对各个档口实行安全和卫生的管理检查并总结评价;
