Major Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to Channel Partner VP and channel partner team in China.
2. Organize manager’s calendar, internal meetings, kickoffs and travel arrangement for channel partner team.
3. Collect and analyze partner weekly forecast and run various routine reports.
Requirements:
1.2-3 years of professional executive assistant or sales support experience in multi-national firms.
2.Master in using Microsoft Office Applications (office, excel, PowerPoint)
3.Fluency in English.
