Position: Project Manager - Spanish Speaking

Employer: Moore Stephens Global Link Shanghai Rep. Office

Reposting lines: Report to General Manager

Sector/Industry: Overseas hypermarket sourcing/Foreign distributor purchase in China

Location: Changning District, Shanghai

Date for interview: March, 2018

Company Introduction:

Moore Stephens Global Link (MSGL) was founded in 2002. Nowadays, MSGL, with office in Shanghai, China, provides services to worldwide clients who seek to develop their business with China.

Main Responsibilities:

- Daily communication with the clients and suppliers for the control of orders and deliveries;

- Find suitable products/suppliers according to the buyers’ indication via Internet, fairs, etc.

- Prepare international trading documents, e.g. CI, PL, CO, etc.

- Elaborate and update periodically proposals

- Arrange the packing information and shipping mark

- Organize the quality control before delivery and realize inspection in the factory.

- Analyze product prices and negotiate with suppliers if necessary;

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above

- Good Spanish and English, in both written and oral form

- For Project Manager, 2 years of working experience in international trading or sourcing;

- For Project Assistant, quick learner and interested in international trading or sourcing;

- Team spirit and sense of responsibility;

- Good interpersonal & communication skills with clients/suppliers/colleagues;

- Able to work under pressure and adapt to business trip;

- Good at negotiation and solving problems.
