一、熟悉牛仔布面料的开发与工艺流程；
二、懂得分析客户来样的整套工艺流程；
三、根据客户的要求，设计开发新产品；
四、熟悉牛仔布面料开发、设计、工艺流程和成本核算；
五、熟悉从起板工艺制订到成品洗水效果的跟踪、记录、修改及存档；
六、做好产品技术数据的收集、整理、记录与存档，建立产品档案；
七、懂得跟踪大货头板与原板风格和技术数据的差异，及时反映异常情况，发现问题，立即作出处理措施；
八、注重职业操守，保守公司技术机密。
九、有良好的团队合作精神以及责任心一定要强，同时也要有较强的沟通能力。
任职要求：
1、了解牛仔面料流行趋势，具有专业面料知识，熟悉面料特性；
2、5年以上时装公司工作经验，具备一定的工厂资源；
3、具有一定面料专业知识，沟通能力和开拓能力优秀；
4、具有一定的面料分析能力，开发符合市场需求的资源；
5，具备一定的电脑操作能力，办公自动化熟练；
5、有面料开发（跟单）经验者优先考虑。
