Primary Responsibilities:

• Project management skill

  • Release PO in SAP for NPI parts order to suppliers

  • Confirm/fix/follow up the components delivery timing with suppliers

  • Missing parts list sheet follow up for daily NPI production

  • Meet different projects and customer team’s milestone by right quantity and timing

  • Tracking the trail out result and issue list summarization from cross function team

  • Daily VPD T3 meeting participation with customer team to meet customer demand of NPI

• Coordinate and organization skill

  • Coordinate with customer team and SCM production planner for the NPI production plan

  • Submit trail out request to planner with all function team sign-off (ME/QA/Logistic/Mfg/SCM…)

  • Coordinate between customer team/logistic team for NPI parts shipment

  • Coordinate between cross function team for MBOM creation

  • Coordinate with RI, SQE, SQA, AE on supplier quality issue for NPI

  • Coordinate NPI buyer and customer team to balance the supplier capacity VS demand

  • Coordinate with SBM to push the suppliers for PPAP approval and SA creation

• Other responsibility

  • Responsible of NPI E&O inventory disposal. (Control, Scrap, Returns, replacement.)

  • Make weekly trail out plan and get aligned between production planner and customer team

  • Onsite support during NPI trail out production in shop floor

  • Follow company’s policy such as HOS, HSE and other HR policy

  • Daily work complete which is assigned from manager

Qualifications Required:

• College degree required, preferred on Engineering/ development and preproduction runs/builds, Production planner/Vendor schedule related area with Min 1 year experience

• Good project management skill and communication, coordination skill

• Good at Microsoft Excel, can use SAP MM and PP modules experience.

• Experience in automotive industry and familiar with APQP, PPAP process, knowledge of quality systems.

• Highly motivated, strong desire for self-improvement & career development, Fast learning;

• Problem solving techniques and Ability to break down the barrier & drive for results, Team player

• Able to communicate upwards and outwards in the organization

• English reading capability, Oral and writing English skill is preferred
