岗位职责：

· 定期与各品牌沟通招募需求并制定招募计划；

· 按计划执行招募流程，确保符合工作和公司要求的人员准时到岗担任合适的职位；

· 统计分析各品牌、各职位招募状况（招募成功率、招募渠道等）；

· 调研所负责区域的人力池状况，开发并维护合适的招募渠道；

· 根据计划，组织、策划、开展校园招聘工作，并与各高校建立良好关系；

· 协助各品牌服务组招募渠道的拓展；

· Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.

· As an DAN recruiter you will expedite recruitment and staffing needs via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned division(s).

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment.

· Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Experience with targeting and recruiting top advertising professionals.

Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs.

岗位要求：

· 本科以上学历；

· 一年以上外资企业相关工作经历，熟悉HR招募模块技能；

· 热爱人力资源工作，耐心细致，性格开朗，善于沟通；

· 有较强的逻辑思维能力，熟悉电脑软件操作，擅长PPT At least 1 years' recruitment experience preferably from an external client facing environment (e.g. search practices)

Experience of competency based interviewing and recruitment practices preferred

Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, a good Team Player

Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures

Innovative approach to problem solving; results driven

Positive attitude to learn and adapt to changes, strong influencing skill with internal client.

Enthusiastic as a self-starter, be able to work under high pressure.

Independent performer, able to deliver results with minimum supervision

Fluency in English and Mandarin.

BA/BS degree.
