职位描述

Shipping and Logistics Expert, with extensive knowledge in International Transportation (sea/air). At least 3 years’ proved experience in SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS at Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, logistic companies, manufacturers or retail. It is essential to have experience in Export/Import between Asia and Europe.


Responsible for facilitating to vendors the shipping procedures and assure purchase orders are processed in a timely manner according to Company’s SOPs
Forecast, plan and coordination of shipments with nominated Forwarders.
Monitor and coordinate the 3PL performance. q Interface with Logistics and International Trade Department at HQs. q Interaction and Support with Merchandise teams/Vendors in different origins in China
Follow up and lead the logistics protocols and exceptions at Origins.
Follow up Import & Export documents accuracy and delivery on time.
Keep all parties aligned by giving feedback and support to procedures developers and executors.
Update daily shipments status in company’s databases. Traceability.
Training to new employees and Vendors regarding Company’s Logistics SOPs.
Periodically reports to N+1.

？ International Trade Legislations Expert +3 Proved Experience


？ European Union quotes and tariffs (Spain) Advanced Experience with European countries/

customers is A MUST.


？ Manufactured Consumer Goods origins Advanced Experience in Exports from China.

Regulations.


？ Sense and understanding of retail/ Apparel N/A Experience in retail or apparel industry
