【Customer Support Specialist】
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Communicating with customers using online chat tool
● Answering customers inquiries using emails and phone calls
● Translating customer’s Chinese messages into English for the US team and translating the US team’s English messages into Chinese for customers
● Reporting website bugs to technical team
● Working with Finance team to issue Fapiao for customers
● Handling customers’ billing and invoice requests
● Collecting customer feedback and report to the US team
QUALIFICATIONS
● Minimum Bachelor degree, major in English or Finance is preferable but not required
● Strong attention to detail and highly organized
● 1-2 years of administrative, finance or customer service experience is a plus
● Able to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
● Outstanding Chinese written and oral communication skills
● Good English reading and writing skills
● Passionate about resolving problems including complicated ones
● Comfortable with frequent process changes
● Able to work independently with minimal supervision
● Experience of working with a remote team is a plus
● Able to work on weekends once per month on a rotating basis (OT pay will be offered)
● Strong knowledge of billing and reimbursement processes of Chinese institutions is a plus
