Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Development and definition of market driven product portfolios and service in education business.
Systematic analysis, selection and support of the most important customers and trends in education business.
Permanent and systematic customer analysis as well as continuous processing of all sales activities.
Calculation of potentials and strategic building up customer relationships.
Sales and presentation of the entire spectrum of products and development of sales strategies in education business.
Customer acquisition and existing customer care in education business.
Implement training for internal sales and customers, including the university and research institutes.

Qualifications
Proven track record of selling solutions.
Prior experience building relationships with OEMs, tier one suppliers and other key channel partners.
        Proven ability to identify new opportunities, develop creative marketing strategies and drive results.
Exceptional interpersonal skills e.g. account relationship development, negotiation, etc..
Excellent personal organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task successfully.
Ability and desire to manage projects through long-term sales development cycles.
Ability to successfully work in a matrix leadership organization and to understand how to utilize resources for results.
Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills necessary and a familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems.
Mandatory and proficient English language skills.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree, technical field preferred; M.Sc./MBA desired
Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial/technical role in multinational company.
