岗位职责：

1、负责公司的招聘相关工作，根据招聘需求，通过各种渠道收集并筛选简历；

2、负责联系应聘者面试并对应聘者进行初试，为初试合格者组织复试并跟进结果；

3、负责员工入离职手续办理，包括相关资料准备、签订、入职引导，以及员工离职手续跟进办结等）；<®xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office">

4、员工档案管理（包括员工信息的更新、相关人事档案的存档等）；

5、协助员工关系管理，跟进员工试用期工作状态；

6、协助公司员工活动的组织与执行；

7、根据公司需求提供人事行政方面的工作协助；

8、其他临时性工作任务。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理、工商管理等相关专业；

2. 1-3年人事工作经验，条理清晰、有计划性，有团队协作精神；

3. 有责任感，注意细节，有一定抗压能力；

4. 具备英文基础，持企业人力资源管理师证书者优先考虑。
