Overview:
Provides the initial induction training for all team members and ongoing skills development and meeting training needs.
Main Job Responsibilities

Main responsibilities and duties
?Identify and analyse development needs to meet strategic business objectives.
?Prepare materials and administrative documents pre and post learning activity to record learning event, attendees, and assessment and evaluation results. – This may require some translation from the documents currently used in the UK/US.
?Deliver learning activities using a variety of learning methodologies to suit the event and client requirements.
?Deliver learning activities to standards as detailed in the Learning Consultant observation process and in accordance with Key Performance Indicators.
?Consult with business areas to ensure that learning objectives meet agreed requirements of the business.
?Develop necessary support materials to meet the needs identified and within agreed timescales.
?Review materials after completion of the training and update as required.
?Work with the Operations Manager to update and review materials for ongoing operational projects.
?Present completed training materials to client to obtain sign-off directly
?Maintain learning material to reflect business changes.
?Evaluate learning to identify added value to business and make continual improvement recommendations to enhance business performance.
?Work closely with Operations and other Business Support areas to determine common areas of development, recommend solutions and evaluate effectiveness.
?Provide ongoing product or business updates to staff via training sessions
?Undertake line manager responsibility for new staff throughout Induction Programmes.
?Produce effective written and statistical reports for internal and Client use.
?Maintain a positive, customer orientated attitude when interacting with internal Percepta departments.
?Act as an ambassador for learning and encourage people to develop.
?Manage and develop courses and study plan for people via Percepta E-college /Ford on-line college, and submit the records and certificates list to associates.
?Make recommendations for the improvement of all Percepta learning solutions and working practices in-line with continual improvement objectives.
?Provide a consultancy service to other Percepta departments in regards to both existing and new business.
?Ensure processes, procedures, records, etc. are followed/completed in accordance with the requirements.
?Identify and bring to the attention of the appropriate manager, business processes that do not support the Percepta objectives
?Develop and manage a Percepta annual training calendar
Experience
?Minimum of 2-3 years Learning & Development consultancy, or similar, experience in a customer service environment.
Education
?Recognised training qualification in Learning and Development, tertiary qualification in a related discipline
?Coaching qualification beneficial.
Skills
?The Learning Consultant must be able to interact effectively with all delegates, operational team members and internal departments; representing Percepta in a professional manner to clients and customers.
?Excellent Computer literacy.
?Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
?Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
?Ability to influence and motivate others.
