Lead Helpdesk team which is combined of 2 third party service provider

1. Monitor PPM, daily repair and assign the work order to the related peole in WPS, follow up with order and make sure the order may be closed properly
2. Based on the work order staus, maintain the data and anlaysis, raise the imrpvement if necessary
3. Communicate with the service requestor, and make sure the request full understood, and assign the suitable resource accordingly
4. Lead the team to provide assistance to the meetings and events requested from the other functions
5. Take care of office supplies and consumables, facility storage,check the inventory and place the order as required to fill up from the vender assigned by Admin leader or procument.
6. Maintain and imrovement mailing service for all China offices
7. Monitor service provider’s performance, and make sure ScoreCard, PKI, SLA, etc. implemtented properly
8. Doumentation and filing for WPS, Check the filings periodically by service provider team, make sure the data is corrently recorded and service provide use the right resource without compliance issue.work with QA, and make sure docuement has been set up, maintained and implemented as QA request.
9. Payment and allocation according to finance policy
10. Employee communication regarding WPS service, ie. Emplyee satifactory survey, quarterly communication, notice publishing,and orgainize activities/ event to promote WPS service, etc.
11. Maintain the infomation on portal, WPS system, etc.

2020年3月，美国食品药品管理局（FDA）已为珀金埃尔默研发的新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒（RT-PCR）批准了紧急使用授权（EUA）。同时，该新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒作为一种体外诊断（IVD）设备，满足欧盟体外诊断试剂指令（IVDD）的要求，并获得欧盟市场的准入资格，且于4月被正式列入WHO应急使用清单（EUL，Emergency Use Listing）。
2020年8月国际著名期刊《Nature Biotechnology》发表了关于全球获批新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒性能对比研究：珀金埃尔默研发的核酸检测试剂盒，以0.009copies/μL最低检测限（LoD）的显著优势排名全球***，为全球最灵敏新冠病毒核酸检测试剂盒。
