The Chemours Company headquartered in Wilmington, DE has a Marketing Communications Consultant position available in China. This is a highly visible, key role within the Company and the marketing function. This position will report to Asia Pacific Regional Communications Head.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Develop and implement effective and focused marketing communication plan and strategies for Titanium Dioxide Business Unit of Chemours China, that is aligned to the business goals and objectives.

- Work with cross-functional teams and segments to drive internal/external marketing initiatives and campaigns, such as engagement, demand generation, contents, etc.

- Liaise with external vendors to organize and implement events includes exhibition, seminar and congress etc. Ensuring vendors' quality meets requirements and sufficient budget control;

- Incorporate with digital marketing on events aiming to maximize the impact / wave of events, and strengthening the ROI;

- Effectively review and evaluating each event conducted to understand the issues of event management and areas to improve;

- Continuously improve the innovation of events implemented;

In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

- At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or other Appropriate discipline;

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and good command of MS office software application;

- Product & marketing expertise;

- At least 5 years working experience in Marketing Communication role;

- In depth and up-to-date knowledge of Marketing Communications in a dynamic and diversified company;

- Solid track record of conceptualize, design and execute marketing campaigns that improve brand awareness and customer preference;

- Understanding and mastery of the trendy social media tools and platforms.
