Position Summary: Responsible for media/audio products management&marketing in Harman infotainment&cockpit product systems.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct / indirect reports
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct the organization SW process improvement, and support ASPICE3 auiting.
- Execution of internal audits and assessments
- Execution of document reviews and software quality gate reviews
- Assurance of software maturity level, if required through escalation and closure of open issues
- Creation of quality plans and assurance of adherence
- Implementation of ?lessons learned“
- Check of effectiveness of measures
- Creation of software quality assurance reports and tracking the actions
- Assurance of adherence to handover regulations and processes from the development to operations including the application of the HARMAN PLM processes
- Assist program manager to do such the planner work as samples management, Harman process follow-up of SOW, purchase request, and purchase order, and project tracking tool maintaince, and etc.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or similar At least 7-8 years of industry experience with hands on experience in software development, project management and implementing CMMI-DEV Level 3, Automotive SPICE (HIS Scope) Level 3, or ISO/TS 16949. Responsible for facilitating quality processes, methodology and tools for Connected Car engineering organization in China Strong agile knowledge and evangelizing the Agile methodologies in conjunction with global teams processes and documents and define mechanisms to track and improve the same Provide support to Connected Car engineering leaders in the setting up quality tools, metrics, Work with Connected Car engineering leaders in establishing benchmarks for quality and productivity metrics Measure and monitor quality and productivity metrics and contribute towards continuous improvement of the same Generate periodic reports to senior management on the progress of the quality plans as against established goals Strong leadership skills Very good communication skills Ability to collaborate across multiple international teams for process improvement and standardization. Skills for effectively managing geographically distributed teams involving multiple partners and engineering teams working on multiple programs. Understand business requirements and technical implementation of distributed services English (business fluent) Willingness to travel
