岗位职责：

1、安排工程师培训计划，追踪公司服务资质状态及工程师资质状态，提升公司工程师的技术能力；

Trainging plan and arrangement for individual engineers and company overview.Keep the Company certification alive and achieve the target.

2、服务流程改进及追踪执行；

Create the standardized delivery proscess and continuous improvement plan. Improve the delivery quality and profitability.

3、对于总部指定的KPI，指定执行计划，定期追踪执行情况，和regional team合作并达到指标；

Align with the OHQ budget,setting detailed local country KPI and exe

任职要求：

1、具备培训安排的经验，指定培训计划，执行培训计划及追踪相关人员的培训状态；

Excellent training arrangement experience, Including readiness plan,individual competence improvement plan,and execution plan.

2、流程改进的经验，具备KPI指定，并细分KPI执行计划的能力；

Rich experience on CSI(Continuous Success Improvement),and Delivery process improvement. Including KPI setting,and execution.

3、具备卓越的沟通能力和协作能力；

Excellent Communication skill and cooperation skill;

4、英语熟练，沟通流利；

Fluently speaking English and written English.
