1. Primary Purpose:

- Take part in WIS international Supply Chain strategy and implementation;

- Conduct PO administration, production monitoring and expediting, packaging and shipping compliance assurance, supplier performance management;

- Supplier PO data collection, analysis and reporting;

2. Scope/Dimensions:

- This role operates primarily within the bounds of the IPO team, guided by WIS China sourcing office, and supports to International logistics.

3. Key Result Areas:

- The successful candidate will be measured based on the supplier performance on PO fulfillment, DOT, DIFOT, Packaging Compliances etc.;

- Take part in supplier on boarding processes including introducing supplier operation pack and operation related guidelines;

- Responsible for supplier PO administration and expediting process to ensure supplier delivery performance;

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product packaging, shipment packing and loading quality;

- Liaise with Quality and DC teams to arrange Quality Control activities;

- Facilitate payment on supplier PO’s;

- Daily documentation management related to key tasks;

- Support projects related to supplier performance improvement;

- Maintain supplier master data, PO database and take part in daily data collection, maintenance and reporting tasks;

- Other tasks as assigned by line manager;

4. Minimum Requirements:

4.1 Formal Education:

- Diploma or above in logistics, sourcing, commerce or related subjects;

4.2 Work Experience:

- Experiences in import & export and/or logistics industry for over two years;

- Experiences in a global sourcing office and specialised in order management and/or vendor management is a plus;

- Working and residing in Shanghai;
