· To improve and maintain the Quality Management System/EMS & HSMS of the company in accordance with the procedure and requirements of ISO9001/ISO14001 & OHSAS18001.

· To guide the organization on the proper application of Management System and ensures the uniformity and understanding of the application.

· To report the performance and implementation of the established Management System to the Strategy and CI Manager periodically.

· Be responsible for administering Internal/External Audit to determine the success of the management system.

· To work out and implement corrective actions to reduce deficiencies and non-compliance raised during internal and external audit.

· Responsible for managing changes/revisions in the procedure, support documentation in the system.

· To fulfill documentation and reporting requirements for the Management program.

· Good experience of supplier evaluation and supplier improvement

To carry out other tasks as defined by the management.

Requirements / Competencies

· University Degree with 3+ years in quality management & HSE management · Knowledge of management models and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 etc.,). · Write and Speak in English · Strong personality and push mentality · Takes responsibility for his/her actions · Convincing / persuasive · Communicates openly and effectively with all stakeholders on all levels and cultures · Initiative / self- responsible · Complies with rules and regulations
