1.Make HR overall plan and implement according to company business development

strategy. Make the related suitable HR policy to meet company’s strategic objective

and local related law.

2. Make sure daily HR operation smoothly such as Recruitment, C&B, T&D,

performance management , labor contracts, admin related issues;

3. Coach and develop a stronger and professional HR team;

4. Work closely with each department manager, attend business meeting, involve the

business deeply, support solving some critical problems regarding people to give a

positive influence always from HR, insist win-win solution principle.

5. Support to shape the company’s culture step by step to attract and retain our talent;

6. More communication with employees to know what they are thinking and their

expectation to strengthen their commitment and cohesion;

7. Set up a people development system, support employee to have career path, make

sure a ladder like talent pool to meet the company’s middle term and long term

objectives;

8. Arrange training and consulting to our employees to improve their overall quality both

on both hard and soft skills;

9. Think more strategic HR issues how to provide more value-added contribution to the

company and the employees.
