岗位职责

1、负责员工的招聘、入职、培训、人事调动、离职等手续，建立人事档案。熟知员工个人能力，辅助领导合理安排公司内部人力资源增减调配等；

2、负责员工转正后社会保险投保、申报，公司社保基数申报、调整、年检等工作，及时掌握国家相关法律法规政策；

3、负责员工薪资发放，协助经理做好薪酬管理；

4，收集和分析培训需求，制定培训计划并执行；

5、负责人事管理系统中人员信息的更新和维护；

6、为丰富员工文化生活，组织安排各种文体活动；

7、负责公司行政管理制度的建立健全和贯彻落实；

8、负责办公室租赁、维护等相关；

9、负责外国人各类证件办理；

10、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格

1、人力资源管理、行政管理、中文、文秘、汉语言文学及相关专业大专以上学历；

2、年龄26-32之间，有责任心，男女不限；

3、工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；

4、具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识，沟通领悟能力，判断决策能力强；

5、英文四级以上

丹控电器贸易(上海)有限公司是DEIF A/S在中国的分公司，成立于2006年。公司位于上海浦东新区张江集电港，主要业务包括：
1）船用桥楼仪表、配电盘仪表、发动机和发电机组控制器、可再生能源控制器的销售
2）提供专业的技术支持和服务
3）研发以及客户化生产
