Main responsibilities

Before the financing:

• Provide training and support for sales regarding customers’ financial statement and condition;

• Preliminary Evaluate customer credit worthiness;

• To manage and guide customers on collecting high quality financial statements in timely;

• To ensure accuracy and efficiency of financial statement for TFS needs in order to shorten the turn round time for financing process ;

Under financing:

• Responsible for coordinating with customer if supplementary materials are needed by TFS;

• To follow up “comments/expectations”– from customers in terms of interest rate/terms etc. and “lost order” due to financing reason from Sales through the weekly/monthly tracking report in place;

• Understand, review and track subsidy to TFS for skip term/low interest rate, etc.

After financing:

• Develop & maintain good relationships with customers;

• To escalate problem customer in accordance with TFS credit policy;

• Always ensuring customer credit line & time are kept at effective;

Other duties:

• Weekly tracking the financing leads from sales and timely in conveying the updated information to TFS;

• Weekly/monthly review TFS pipeline through master sheet for deals closed up and following up (customer/size/offerings/issues)

• To help further develop 3rd party leasing company and to be pro-active in contract process with respect to financial aspects, internal routines and legal regulations

• Any other duties assigned by GBS Finance Controller

Main Qualifications

• Formal education in economics/finance studies or in credit control, e.g. invoicing/banking, credit chasing, collection & finance analysis etc…

• Good knowledge of the AWP industry and understanding of customer credit behaviors

• Good communication and negotiating/co-operative skills

• Good analytical skills & attention to detail

• Right attitude, willing to learn, proactive, team player & ability to work on own initiative

• Good telephone manner to customer friendly but assertive
