Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Fully understand the financial data of the manufacturing entities in Asia (RCN, RBNW, GNCP, RFK) including P&L, Cash, Capex and Balance sheet, as well as non financial industrial indicators (e.g. labor, quality, delivery etc.), to be able to challenge and work with the site finance teams to ensure data quality and consistency in various reporting cycles.

2. Provide reports, analyses and comments for Asia manufacturing entities at Asia consolidation level for Actual, Forecast, Budget, PMT and ad hoc requests.

3. Consolidate financial and non financial industrial data, create and maintain an industrial dashboard for Asia leadership team as a major management tool

4. Create a productivity management system (tools and process) across entities and at Asia level to support improvement of the productivity

5. Along with site finance teams, create and own a costing database for Asia industrial activities to support daily business and project management

6. Take initiatives and lead the cooperation between finance and other industrial functions at Asia level for various activities e.g. reporting, projects etc.

7. Liaise between site finance functions and Asia finance functions for various tasks, be able to back up the finance functions at industrial sites.

Requirement::

1. good command of English

2. 5 years relevant experiences in manufacturing controlling

3. skilled in Micosoft Excel and Powerpoint
