Key Responsibilities:
- Perform as project manager or key work stream leader in consulting project delivery in terms of
‐ Manage project methodology and approaches
‐ Manage project delivery schedule and resources
‐ Manage project expenses & subcontracting
‐ Manage delivery quality and member performance
‐ Manage internal and external interfacing on the project
‐ Manage commercial activities in the project
‐ Manage project assets
- Lead development from proposal to contracting sign-off
‐ Manage the development of business proposal (objectives, methodology, resource and execution plan, pricing & terms)
‐ Manage bidding and presentation
‐ Manage contract negotiation and drafting
‐ Manage contract sign-off
- Report to consulting operational lead

Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ engineering or commercial experience in either refining, natural gas or petrochemical industries, or, equivalent length of work experience in business consulting or similar content of work as in market analysis, market entry strategy, feasibility study, business viability study, market due diligence, strategic planning related to the resource industries; Preferably a bit of both;
- Independently lead project delivery and lead development or something similar
- Proved project management skills, preferably PMP certified;
- Adequate knowledge in industry domains, as well as in statistics, finance, macroeconomics, business administration, and business operational practices;
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills;
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient in English speaking and writing;
- Hardworking, analytical thinking, good in pressure management, multitasking capabilities and a team player;
- Able to travel from time to time
