Job Description:

Monitor the overall QC process of the production unit. Ensure the required QC reports being prepared, checked and submitted timely. Attend customer complaints/ concerns and take appropriate actions. Conduct root cause analysis and come up with corrective actions. Escalate critical matters to the Production Manager. Liase with other stakeholders in Production and Customer services teams in a proactive manner. Achieve the set QC targets and KPIs.

Job qualifications:

Previous experience in QA/ QC as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment. 5 to 7 years of overall QA/ QC experience IT knowledge is essential RFID experince is an added advantage Basic communication skills in English is essential.

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 　　　　

Responsibilities 工作职责：

a) Receive orders completed by PFL and Thermal at assigned locations.

在指定位置收到PFL和Thermal 完成的订单。

b) Check the print content and the manuscript in accordance with the order request.

根据订单要求检查印刷内容和原稿是否正确。

c) Check raw material size, color and cutting method according to order request.

根据订单要求检查原材料尺寸和颜色及剪折方法。

d) Check that the order quantity is adequate and that the weight is recorded on the worksheet.

检查订单要求数量是否足够及将重量记录在工作表。

e) Place the PFL label in the oven setting the temperature and time according to the order request.

根据订单要求将PFL的标签放进设定好温度和时间之烤箱。

f) Recorded and pass the goods to packaging department.

品质检查完成的货物送到包装部门并记录。

Requirement 职位要求:

a) College or above education level.

大专或以上学历。

b) Can write and Understand Simple English mail.

流利书写和阅读英语邮件。

c) Must be able to speak and listen to fluent Mandarin.
