本岗位将入职于同一集团下的制造型企业。

MAIN DUTIES:

1. To provide sourcing and buying resource in China for new and existing products working in conjunction with Horn or PCL engineering and sourcing teams

2. To establish local capabilities and resources in China to develop new products

3. To deliver product transfer projects from Germany or UK to China on timely basis, sourcing of components for all Group companies

4. To supervise quality delivery for sourced components and products for China and global business support

5. Assist in product and component sourcing in China

6. Technical customer support and service

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICTATOR:

1. Projects delivered on time and budget.

2. Realization of cost savings for all group companies

3. High quality and on time supply from Chinese suppliers

4. Effective customer and technical service support

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

1. Ensure the progress of projects transfer

2. Localized parts or components from Germany

3. Localized parts or components from UK

4. Sourcing support and development for existing and new product ranges

5. Quality management for business in China

6. Technical customer services support

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1. Engineering background ideally- incl. Mechanical engineering with Electronics knowledge useful

2. 4/5 years and above of working experience focusing on sourcing

3. Strong negotiation skills would be an advantage

4. Experience in quality management

5. Experience in handling and sorting technical product issues

6. New product development delivery experience

7. Strong analytical and project management skills.

8. Creative and lateral thinker able to understand and manage process and product issues and understand and resolve engineering issues

9. Team player able to work effectively in co-operation with a wide range of departments and countries.

10. Ability to deliver and complete projects.

11. Fluent communicate in English and Mandarin
