POSITION : Manager, Loan Administration

REPORTING TO : Head of Loan Administration

SUPERVISING : N/A

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Loan Administration:

- Process new drawdown according to customers’ drawdown notice;

- Process credit line maintenance;

- Prepare relevant documents regarding Facility Letter;

- Collect principal/interests according to the schedule specified in loan confirmation letter;

- Monitor the pay date and due date of each loan according to loan reports from banking system;

- Process issuance of guarantees;

- Maintain the PBOC Credit Information System;

- Report to Relationship Managers in case that interests and/or principle overdue happens.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years related experience;
• Strong command of English;
• Disciplined and organized;
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and multi-cultural understanding.
