Global IFM, Facility Management

The aim of the Global Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Facility Management team is to act as a conduit between the IFM supplier and the LEGO organisation meeting the objectives set out in the Business Case and the IFM concept. Meanwhile, the role will cover IFM administration and support to local teams

Your tasks will include:

® Ensure controlling and corret IFM invoicing for APAC area in collaboration with IFM Commercial Manager.

® Audit planner with the IFM Soft and Hard Services Managers.

® Ensure the IFM contractual CoC levels are obtained and superseded and an in-depth knowledge of the contract is maintained and demonstrated on the internal monthly contractual review meetings with the senior management team. 

® Work with Local Facility Directors and subject matter experts to ensure the IFM supplier is delivering consistently at each location.

® Ensure the IFM suppliers contractually agreed Global KPIs / SLAs are met and where possible exceeded.

® Work closely with IFM Operation team throughout the contract to create better supplier delivery on CoC

® Cost controlling and vendor invoicing for APAC regionDo you have what we are looking for？You must have:

® Bachelor’s degree and above

® 6 years+ of working experience in MNC companies, controlling and compliance is highly preferred.

® Budget and cost management skills and specialized in Contract Management.

® Documented experience performing coparative analysis.

® Experience with ERP systems

® Result orientation and a good team player

® Open-minded, collaborative, navigates confidently with diverse stakeholders across cultures and functions, able to face internal challenges and take actions

® Must be fluent in both written and spoken English

® Can travel +20 days/year domestic

® Experience with Facility Management
