Details:工作职责

- 管理并持续提高OPE队伍的能力，包括自我提高

Manage and continually improve the team, including self-improvement

- 通过对订单的准时下达、提前、推迟、取消等工作增加库存周转

Increasing the inventory turn through on time PO release, PO expedite, de-expedite and cancel.

- 确保系统内的MRP信息及时处理跟踪

Monitor and ensure MRP results are well treated

- 根据主生产数据，提高零件的齐套率

Increase parts availability according to production plan

- 缺件的跟踪直至到现场

Missing parts information follow up until line feed

- 在确保零件齐套的同时尽量控制库存在一个合理的水平

Ensure inventory at good level while high parts availability

- 设置合理的零件采购策略，并及时更新

Set up order policy of parts and manage the changes

- 对零件的参数设置建立起好的方式、方法

Create rules for item parameterization

- KPI的收集及改善

KPI collect and improve

- 保持对OPE与其它交叉功能的持续改善

Continual improvement in OPE function with other cross-function

- 成为ERP相关模块的关键用户

Become the key user in related modules in ERP
