Purpose of Job: Ensure demand planning and coordination of internal resources to deliver on-time-in-full according to customer needs. Remind production to ensure capabilities of local masterplanning, call-off and order fulfillment. Standardize and optimize processes and procedures for efficient inventory management.

1. Ensure delivery of functional activities

1.1 Process information and material flow to deliver production master plan in cooperation with interfaces

1.2 Process raw materials planning and cooperate with purchaser for production and customer request

1.3 Control inventory levels in balance with required customer service levels

1.4 Propose strategy for finsihed goods production and raw material replenishment

2. Foster exchange and ongoing improvement

2.1 Standardize and optimize planning processes and procedures and exchange best practices with peer sites

2.2 Ensure an ongoing optimization of inventory levels, inventory structure and raw material availability

2.3 Continuously improve forecast accuracy with sales team

2.4 Cooperate with coporate improvement initiatives and policies on planning process

Education: Bacholer degree in Science or Enginnering

Business experience:

- Min. 2 years experience in material or production planning

- Proven skills in data analysis

- SAP experience

- WINS processes and knowledge of production processes are preferred

- VB and Access is a plus

Additional Qualifications:

- Team player; strong communication skills; drive for excellence
