-At least 10 years experience leading a QC team for international garments export

-Strong technical background & product knowledge in knit/woven fashion items under high quality level, fabric constructions/development, washing etc.

in the respective product areas up to a level to be able to assess production comments/quality and make sound decisions on alternatives.

-Able to diagnose problems, consider in different perspectives and make objective decisions considering various alternatives.

-Able to anticipate, prioritize, delegate, monitor work activities.

-Able to be a good team player.

-Fluent oral and written English

- Smart, flexible, willing to travel and able to work under pressure, self-motivated with initiatives.

- Good PC skills

- Good salary package with bonus on KPI after one year (no expat package)

-Minimum 3 recent references are required

Waste2Wear produces fabrics and textile products from recycled plastic bottles since 2008. The company started off as a spin-off of Vision Textiles, a company established in China since 1998 by the Dutch textile engineer Monique Maissan with the objective of producing high-quality garments in a responsible way.
