职位描述

Role Summary:

Some people spend their entire working lives at Ogilvy. We do the damnedest to make it a happy experience for them.” An employee in this position will responsible for operational aspects of various Ogilvy employee programs and policies within the organization. To drive the delivery of multiple end-to-end processes or a complex HR process through effective communications with both internal staff and external vendors. The HR Assistant should develop an in-depth understanding, wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR operations systems & processes. We expect him/her has the ability to identify and resolve operational issues, strive for excellence, can proactively support process improvements from time to time.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead of facilitate employment transaction based to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including pre-onboarding & onboarding, 1st day introduction, exit process, probation & performance appraisal record tracking, internal transfer, promotion, etc.

2. Administrative duties: answer HR related queries from employee, data maintenance in HR systems, documentation handling, HR reporting and analysis, etc.

3. Participate country or location HR operation initiated projects, e.g. HR system enhancement, process review, etc.

4. Implement Employee Engagement and Retention programs.

5. Proactively seek HRBP and Employee’s feedback to identify areas for process improvement, based on standardization and efficiency evaluation, partner with BP to recommend value-added consultation and services action plans.

6. Prevent, mitigate HR risk and compliance issues in daily job via raise out the issues at early stage.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, Psychology is preferred.

2. Strong customer service mindset and can-do attitude.

3. Advanced analytical skill, be solution-driven.

4. High standard of accuracy, strong attention to detail.

5. Proficient IT skills including PPT and Excel.

6. Demonstrated project ownership and accountability, able to follow-through.

7. Good command of English in both spoken and written.
