工作内容:

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents;

Assist the Legal & Compliance Manger in overseeing the business units’ compliance and the Company’s legal policies;

Assist in review and update of the Company’s legal policies and templates in compliance with new and prevailing regulatory requirements;

Give advice and support to the Management and business units for legal matters;

Assist in driving a legal compliance, risk management and loss mitigation approach;

Liaise with and supervise the works of external lawyers;

Support other works as assigned by the Legal & Compliance Manager.

职位要求:

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above on law or relevant subjects

Experienced in a foreign-funded company is an asset.

Familiar with different kinds of contracts and capable of contract drafting and reviews.

Experience of legal matters related to banking, credit, payment, insurance is an asset.

Good command on Chinese and English.

Able to operate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email at a highly proficient level.
