职位描述
Work Location: Taiwan (Taipei)
- Provide pre-sales technical support to sales team to achieve technical objective during the sales process
- Pre-sales activities include:
- Conduct product presentation to partners / customer at level from Engineer to CIO
- Respond to RFI / RFP, tender etc.
- Conduct product demonstration to partners / customers
- Creat and maintain strong relationship with key accounts
- Involved with post-sales activities:
- Technical support & deployment
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years as Systems Engineer working with a Strategic Account Manager
- Working experience with critical technologies like:
- CDN and Caching technologies
- Layer 4-7 technologies
- Web technologies, analysis
- Content filtering
- Operating systems knowledge of UNIX/LINUX
- Excellent presentation skills that include:
- Ability to effectively communicate solutions and benefits with customers
- Ability to "think on your feet" and design solutions in an interactive customer meeting
- Ability to handle work professionally,independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
- Travelling around the region
- Ability to travel on short notice
- Able to work in Taiwan without a work pass
