Job Overview
Working with team of specialist consultants within the group to deliver business consultancy to Hill & Associates’ clients based around the Asia Pacific region.

Key Accountabilities
? Collect market intelligence by means such as market surveys, trade show attendance, and engagement with company, dealer and authorized sales channel personnel.
? Evaluate leads as assigned, performing due diligence and fact gathering, leading to the development of a report.
? Conduct proactive and reactive investigations:
o Assist a network of investigators to address target activities.
o Help coordinate 3rd party covert investigations and resulting raids.
o Assist local enforcement agencies and investigators as a subject matter expert.
o Single point of contact; manage case files with investigators and region.
? Work as project manager to provide risk management consulting services to MNC clients
? Handle fraud investigation and IPR protection assignments

Qualifications
? University or Post Graduate Degree preferred in business, finance or economy, law or equivalent
? Minimum 5 years work experience with business consultancy, economy, finance, legal or related background.
? Knowledge of business in China and its culture
? Working experience in fraud prevention, business analysis field, and legal background preferred
? Excellent English and Mandarin verbal and written skills
? Based in Shanghai
? Resourceful and good investigative skills, meticulous and attention to details;
? Forceful and outgoing character with good inter-personal skill;
? Problem-solving and solution-oriented;
