For the international extension of our Quality Management, our team in China (Shanghai or Beijing) is looking for you as Quality Manager for EB China
Job description:
- The quality manager ensures and supports that the software development teams of our projects work with the high quality level expected by our customers and ourselves.
- This includes proactively improving, steering and controlling process compliance as well as the application of best practices of our software craftsmanship.
- In detail, this means:
o Assisting in defining the quality goals for projects
o Approving and supervising the software quality assurance plan and reports of projects
o Performing quality escalations with customers and in our organization
o Acting as the representative and primary local contact of the process organization in China
o Monitoring training needs and supporting in planning trainings in the country

Required know-how / experience:
- Very experienced in software development and quality assurance
- Basic experience of project management
- Basic knowledge about customer quality requirements
- Basic knowledge about process organization
- Basic knowledge of Automotive SPICE
Essential requirements:
- University degree in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Autonomous and self-reliant way of working
- Outgoing, self-confident personality and team player capabilities
- Well-developed analytical skills
