负责各种网络、软件系统和业务的运维，并为客户和合作伙伴提供专业和高效的技术支持

工作职责:
? 负责Unix / Linux 服务器和网络的安装、升级、配置、调优、安全强化、部署、管理等工作
? 对数据中心、网络和服务器出现的各种问题及时进行分析，隔离和解决，并为将来的升级提供建议
? 安装或升级各种Web应用程序和软件
? 为公司的客户和合作伙伴提供1级和2级技术支持
? 提供公司产品和业务的客户支持服务，并协助研发团队对客户问题进行分析和除错。

职位需求:
? 大学本科学历
? 约6 - 8年的UNIX / LINUX服务器管理和部署经验，具有数据中心，系统和网络运维的相关经验。
? 对Dell服务器硬件，固件，操作系统软件等有广泛的知识
? 具备对Linux / Unix服务器系统，应用程序和数据库进行调优的能力
? 熟悉Linux / Unix操作系统并具备熟练的动手能力（必须了解RedHat或者CentOS ）
? 具备CDN业务和服务的知识和经验
? 具有企业存储和SAN存储相关的经验更佳
? 熟悉Shell脚本语言编程更佳
? 能够与客户，售前团队和供应商协调基础设施的实施和部署
? 必须具备优良的客户至上的服务理念，和专业，独立，高效地处理工作的能力。
? 良好的人际交往能力，能够以专业和快速响应的方式与内部和外部的各中级别的同事、合作伙伴和客户进行交流。

? 遵从SLA去及时解决（或上报）事件/问题
? 按计划部署服务
