1. 整理部门合同及各类文件、记录采购进度及到货时间。
        2. 根据相关的采购数据编制部门的月报、季报、年报。
        3. 收集、整理及统计各种采购单据及报表。
        4. 物品质量跟踪、维护及相关报关制度的落实于执行。
        5. 各项采购事物的传达及执行。
        6. 及时整理供应商资料，包括供应商的报价及产品等各项信息汇总给部门负责人。
        7. 协助部门负责人询价及把相关事项及时通知部门负责人。
        8. 协助各供应商到货情况及售后问题跟进。
        9. 付款整理、审查。
        10. 负责审查各门店及各部门各项采购单据，并提交部门负责人复核。
        11. 完成上级领导交代的各项事务。
