Quality Control and Product Integrity Manager - Juvenile Products

Required Skills:
·Prior Juvenile Products, Product Integrity Management experience preferred: Child Restraints, Strollers, Accessories.
Excellent English spoken and written skills.
·Familiarity with worldwide regulations related to Child Restraints, Strollers, Soft Carriers, and accessories.
·Strong communication skills. Writing and reporting abilities, creation of product specification documents to certify products to pass regulations in target markets. Development of test protocols and specifications above and beyond regulations to ensure world-class products reach target markets on time and at cost.
·Strong mechanical ability. Strong analytical ability and hands-on problem-solving skills.
·Experience in DFMEA and failure analysis. Ability to analyze a product concept and predict potential failure modes.
·Experience with dynamic child restraint crash testing, data analysis, film analysis. Ability to analyze and interpret crash test results and apply engineering principals and knowledge to modify designs to meet world-wide standards.
·Working knowledge of plastic and metal part design, and manufacturing techniques.

Cad skills:
·Working knowledge of PTC Creo or Solidworks preferred.
·Quality assurance training.
·Ability to work with factories to develop and implement standard inspection protocols of incoming parts and finished products. ·Ensure compliance to inspection protocol.
·Drive continuous quality improvement.
·Ability and desire to solve technical problems.
·Experience working with China factories, US and UK product teams.
·Willingness and ability to travel anywhere in the world up to 50% of time.

Education:
BS Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Engineering Technology

Experience:
5+ years in Global Manufacturer of Juvenile Products. Experience in US or UK preferred.
