Follow company strategy,vision and quality policy in the AP region

To be responsible for implamentation,mornitoring and supporting of ZF QM-System,as a hub to connect Quality of Corporate,Divisions,BUs and Plants in AP region(w/o India)

To fulfill group directive and quality domain decision in the AP region

To be responsible for establishing and maintaining ZF Management System (Process Landscape - IT-Tool for management system) of ZFCN

To conduct and fulfill ISO 9001, IATF 16949 in ZFCN and certificated by IATF

To organize and coordinate the planning,compiling,revising,review and managing of QM-System in ZFCN. Support target setting and continuous improvement.

Planning and carrying out the regular internal QM-System audits with the SAP based ZF Audit Management Tool.To initiate the corrective action plan and follow up.

Planning and carrying out the process audits in case of requested or escalated. To initiate the corrective action plan and follow up.

As the interface to external certification bodies,to be responsible for to organize,coordinate,support the preparation of external audit process. To organize and initiate the corrective action plan and follow up.

Get to know the possible changings from the market environment,such as,customer special requirements,regulations,etc.

To execute ZF Excellence Award in Asia-Pacific region.

Identify and conduct necessary quality trainings to regional ZF employees in cooperation with regional Q-Academy

To be an internal trainer of regional Q-Academy on appropriate some training courses
