Job Responsibilities:

• Process Integration for eflash technology development and yield & quality enhancement.
• Optimization and setup of process flow & key modules.
• Design of experiment, WAT analysis, cell/device characterization, EFA/PFA study, and yield correlation.
• Work with foundry, product engineers, design and other related engineering groups frequently to achieve the goal.

Key Competency Requirements:

• Background in semiconductor process integration, product, or modules (etch, plasma physics, and advanced cleaning) knowledge and experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English reading, writing, and presentation skills preferred.
• Team and detail oriented personality

Education Required:

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Science

Experience Required:

• Minimum two years of industry working experience.
• Nonvolatile memory technology experience is a plus.
