Work Scope工作范围:

1. Project management for various lifestyle and luxury clients.

2. Supplier management, including event production agency, hotels, transportation company, catering company, hostess, security….

3. Event operation supervision: including: concept, production, on-site execution.

4. Hospitality and logistic operation supervision: hotel and transportation arrangement for media and VIP guests.

Main Expectation 职位期望:

1. 2-4 years’ experience in event management (and production) and/or hospitality.

2. Experience in day-to-day account handling and project leading.

3. Creative thinking.

4. Capacity to write and structure an event proposal.

5. Perfect command of windows office, and average hands-on ability of common design software, E.G. photoshop, final cut and other; can handle simple design work when the design team cannot give a prompt support.

6. Planning skills: flawless organizational competence: capacity to foresee details and anticipate issues.

7. Excellent client contact.

8. Fluent English (a must).

9. Experience with international luxury brands.

10. Good connection with hospitality and event network.
