Perform site inspection in related chemical industry plant, such as static equipment, mechanical, electrical, instruments, pipelines & so on.etc
？ Perform site inspection in related in a running plant, such as chemical plant in a running or shutdown time,
？ Review and understand applicable requirements (regulations, technical standards, specifications, etc).
？ Define and review Quality Plan, Inspection and Test plans, and relevant procedures
？ Review and validate inspection of assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedule, milestones, reporting, , etc.)
？ Execute inspection according to predefined Quality Plan, and the established inspection procedures / techniques
？ Define interventions
？ Review and appraise inspection procedures
？ Select the most appropriate inspection techniques
？ Make decisions on the quality issues independently
？ Execute inspection reporting, including treatment of non-conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables ？ Ensure quality of inspection according to BV Quality System
？ Interpret inspection results
？ Follow-up the NCR’s and the corrective actions
？ Respect security guidelines of BV and safeguard personal security in the working environment
？ Continuous learning and developing in his area of responsibility
？ Maintain internal and external communication, liaison with clients or project subcontractors.
？ Follow up code of ethics of BV group.
？ ** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.
？ ** Other tasks assigned by the company
任职要求：
？ Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level in Mechanical or Chemical Equipment, or welding or material, preferably with education background in Chemical Equipment.
？ Working Experience: at least 8 years’ related working experience
？ Fully conversant with relevant inspection techniques and able to select most appropriate technique
？ Good knowledge of national and/or international code, standard and regulation, such as IEC, GB
？ Able to verify and establish Quality Plan or Inspection Testing Plan
？ Able to verify and approve Non-Conformities / Corrective action
？ Frequent travel or site base required according to project arrangements
？ Experiences with foreign company;
？ Reliable and positive working attitude
？ Can read specification in English. Oral English is not mandatory, and local language skills
？ Knowledge of corrosion is PLUS
？ Safety certification is Plus
