SQE job description:

Responsibility:

2. Define quality requirement according to drawing, especially for measuring method , visual inspection and new parts qualification etc;
3. 根据图纸定义相关质量要求与标准，如外观检验，尺寸测量和新产品承认等 。
4. Responsible for review, validation and approval of PPAP;
5. 负责供应商新产品PPAP的审核批准。
6. Follow up quality issues of outsourced component found from internal production line .
7. 跟踪内部生产装配线上发现的供应商来料问题。
8. Push supplier to do improvement and follow up 8D report from supplier;
9. 供应商来料问题的改善和8D报告的提交。
10. Push and monitor continuous improvement of supplier;
11. 推动供应商做持续改进。
12. Be able to travel to supplier frequently and on site quality control.
13. 适应经常出差，对供应商进行现场质量控制。

Requirement:

1. College degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or other related area;
2. 大专及以上学历，机械工程或其它相关专业。
3. With rich experience in mechanical machining ,plastic injection production , motor or on site quality control;
4. 械工程，注塑，电机或现场质量控制等方面具有丰富的经验。
5. At least 3 years in supplier quality control or IQC related experience ，household appliances ,vacuum cleaner industry is a plus .
6. 至少3年供应商质量管理或IQC进料检验的工作经验，家电行业或真空清洗机行业优先。
7. Good English both in reading and writing;
8. 良好的英语读写能力。
9. Good ability for data collecting and analysis;
10. 供应商质量数据的收集与分析。
11. Familiar with ISO9001 system , certified internal auditor is a plus ,quality tools like MSA, SPC etc.
12. 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系，有内审员证书优先，熟悉质量工具如MSA，SPC等 。
13. Self-motivated and team work and good interpersonal communication skill;
