工作职责:
Accountability
The Security Responsible is accountable to:
? Implement and follow up on company’s security and safety standards within the office.
? Ensure that the office complies with local security and safety legislations.
? Provide security support to Regional Security Responsible.
Main Responsibilities
Implement and follow up Standards
? Monitor the level of security and safety in the office;
– H&M Green Standard; Review the material and set up routines wherever needed. (regular)
– Security Audit Report; Correct and follow up all deviations.
– Monthly Security Checklist; Report to Country Manager and Regional Security Responsible.
– Security Handbook; Ensure that the management follows the updated rules and regulations.
? Provide security inductions and support to new and existing staff in accordance to company’s
standards and demands.
– Security orientation,
– Security E-learning baseline,
– Emergency preparedness trainings.
? Take necessary preventive and corrective actions to ensure the compliance to improve the security
and safety level of the office.
Ensure legal compliance
? Monitor the changes in the legal legislations in regards to security.
? Implement necessary measures to ensure compliance.
? Keep the knowledge on an updated & relevant level.

Security Support
? Assist Regional Security Responsible with goal orientated planning and follow up to reach the set
security goals.
? Provide status information to Regional Security Responsible (regular and when needed)
Support Regional Security Responsible to implement the basic security routines.
– Incident / Accident; Report all incidents/accidents to the Country Manager & Regional Security
Responsible. Maintain the logbook and follow up taken actions.
– Fire Evacuation Drill; Organize announced/unannounced fire drills twice a year and report to
Regional Security Responsible
– Crisis Response Plan and Business Recovery Plan; Maintain the CRP and BRP as a ‘live’
document. Update the CRP, BRP and checklists, regular and when needed.
– Any crisis; promptly inform the Regional Security Responsible and follow the given instructions.
Education and Experience requirements
? Knowledge of security, safety and information security standards and practices
? Knowledge of local security and safety related legislation
? Two years security experience or equivalent
? Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
? PC knowledge in MS Office applications
